We are a family-owned and operated business based at Black Hill Station on the upper Rakaia River in Mid Canterbury, New Zealand. With over 20 years of hands-on experience fencing our own property, we understand firsthand the challenges farmers face when it comes to reliable, cost-effective fencing solutions.

Over the years, we noticed that many essential products were either unavailable in New Zealand or inconsistent in quality, all while costs continued to rise. To solve this, we established our own company—dedicated to sourcing and producing materials that meet the unique demands of New Zealand farming conditions.

Today, we stock a wide range of fencing products designed with durability and practicality in mind, including Y posts and T irons with hole patterns suited for netting and plain wires, barred sheep yard gates in multiple sizes, and heavy-duty farm gates. Many of these products were once only available by special order, but we now carry them in stock for farmers across the country.

Because our business began by sourcing materials for our own property, quality has always been at the heart of what we do. Every product we supply is chosen with the same care and standards we demand for our own fencing work—ensuring New Zealand farmers have access to strong, dependable solutions that stand the test of time.
