Our Guarantee & Return Policy

We guarantee every product purchased from New Zealand Fencing Solutions.

We only supply products that are made to our own specifications. Where a relevant New Zealand Standard can be applied, we test our products against that standard. All our products have been extensively used and tested by us on our high country property prior to offering them for sale and we are confident that the quality is extremely good.

We believe in our products and stand by the quality of workmanship, craftsmanship, and materials in each one. We guarantee the lifetime of each item against reasonable failure or damage in its intended usage. If a product fails or is not up to a satisfactory standard we will replace it.

Our guarantee does not cover general wear, damage caused by an accident or by using the item for anything other than the purpose for that which it was manufactured for.
